When contacting us by email or post, please state your name, the number and age of the members of your party and the dates that you require. We will contact you as soon as possible (normally within a couple of hours) and confirm the availability and price of your holiday. If you wish to book, we will hold your dates for 7 days until a deposit is received.
Payment terms
A booking deposit of 25% of the total holiday price or £50 (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking within 8 weeks, full payment will be required when booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
