TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Once you have booked your lodge you are responsible for the full hire terms, even if you are unable
to take your holiday as planned. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your holiday start date the deposit is forfeit. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before holiday date the full payment is forfeit. We will attempt to re-let the property and if successful will refund your payment less 20% administrative fee.
Cancellation insurance relieves you of this responsibility; you are advised to obtain cover.
Lodges are available from 4pm on your day of arrival, and must be vacated
promptly by 10am on the day of departure.
The lodge may only be occupied by those persons named on the booking form.
Guests are required to leave their lodge and all contents in a clean and tidy condition.
You are responsible for all damage or loss occurring to the lodge and its contents
during your occupation.
You may not smoke inside your lodge.

What’s Included?
Accommodation fully furnished and equipped. Beds made up for your arrival including one set of bed linen, duvet covers, pillow slips and fitted sheets. Starter supply of toilet rolls. Tea towels.

What’s not Included?
Electricity - payable by £1 coin meter
Food and drink.
Towels. Cot bedding and linen.
Personal toiletries and cleaning items.
Final Cleaning - guests are required to leave their lodge and contents ‘as found’ in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for all damage or loss occurring to the lodge and its contents during your occupation.

When Can I Arrive?
Keys are available between 4pm and 7pm on your day of arrival, and lodges must be vacated promptly by 10am on the day of departure
